In December 2022, the visionary leader Abhishek Chaddha shared his ambitious goal of achieving a 100 Cr turnover for his company within the next two years. We moved the accounting process to project-wise accounting, a mammoth task that involved changing the project’s accounting entries up and live in 2022, which started in 2021 and went on. With an effort of six months and multiple rounds of reconciliation, plus the impact of audit and current-year books, we could start delivering the MIS with Project profitability through accounting software.
