Our client, a remarkable success story, was rapidly expanding with multiple branches, led by some of the industry’s best Founders. However, they faced a series of challenges due to a lack of information and support in their compliance processes.

I remember at the end of  2019, when this customer was referred to us by someone. I met the admin, and I wondered what they needed. After a few rounds of discussion, I understood they wanted to clear many things that needed more visibility on the finance, compliance, and accounting side. The CFO Angle team took over the work and worked closely with their existing accounting and finance team to bring changes. It took us some time, but the existing team could have been more cooperative. 

Recognizing the severity of the situation, I personally took control and, with the client’s trust, initiated a series of changes. We discovered that their CA had not submitted their audit and Income Tax returns for a period spanning 2013 to 2016. We immediately took action to rectify this.  

We not only completed the accounting but also filed all the responses for non-submission and cleared all the issues. Today, we manage complete accounts and outsourcing for their 4 group companies, including personal and business.
